If you are a broker, bank, or other nominee that purchased or otherwise acquired an interest in any Home Equity Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates issued by any of the following four (4) HEMT trusts: Series 2006-4 (“HEMT 2006-4”), Series 2006-5 (“HEMT 2006-5”), Series 2006-6 (“HEMT 2006-6”), and Series 2007-2 (“HEMT 2007-2”) (collectively, “Certificates”) for the beneficial interest of a person or entity other than yourself the Court has ordered that within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the Notice you must:

1. Provide the Claims Administrator with a list of the names and last known addresses of each person or entity for whom or which you purchased the Certificates;
2. Request from the Claims Administrator additional copies of the Notice and Proof of Claim, which will be provided to you free of charge, and promptly mail the Notice and Proof of Claim directly to all such beneficial owners; OR
3. Forward copies of the Notice and Proof of Claim to the beneficial owners

The eligible CUSIPs for this Action are below.

The eligible purchase time period for each Series:

• HEMT 2006-4: From the initial offering, on or about August 2006, through and including March 23, 2009.
• HEMT 2006-5: From the initial offering, on or about October 2006, through and including June 3, 2008.
• HEMT 2006-6: From the initial offering, on or about December 2006, through and including March 23, 2009.
• HEMT 2007-2: From the initial offering, on or about April 2007, through and including March 23, 2009.

If you are providing a list of names and addresses to the Claims Administrator:

1. Compile a list of names and last known addresses of all purchasers of the Certificates (as defined above).
2. Prepare the list in Microsoft Excel format. A preformatted spreadsheet can be found by clicking here.
3. Then you must either:
   
   
   1. Burn the Microsoft Excel file(s) to a CD or DVD and mail the CD or DVD to Epiq Systems, Inc., the Claims Administrator at:

If you are mailing the Notice Packet to beneficial owners:

If you elect to mail the Notice and Proof of Claim to beneficial owners yourself, additional copies of the Notice and Proof of Claim may be requested via email to info@HEMTMBSSettlement.com. If you are providing the Notice and Proof of Claim to beneficial owners, the mailing must be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days of your receipt of the Notice and Proof of Claim from the Claims Administrator. Failure to timely forward the Notice and Proof of Claim to beneficial owners may affect their legal rights.
